Rachel Lee Hebner (Bowman)
August 29, 1988 – October 29, 2018
Rachel Lee Bowman was born on August 29, 1988 in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Howard Lee Bowman and Lucy Rene’ Bowman.
Anyone who knew Rachel knew she was a Jack of all trades; anywhere from a payroll technician, store manager, subway sandwich artist, police officer, all night entertainer, etc. She attended Mount Vernon Schools.
She loved to travel, cruises, the ocean, anything Batman, and warm weather. You would see her still wearing flip flops through October. If she could, she would wear pajama pants everyday all day. She loved playing games, and doing puzzles with the family, anytime day or night.
She was a caring mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, friend and lover.
She’ll be missed more than she could ever imagined. We love you to the moon and back. See ya on the flip side.
Rachel was preceded in death by her grandparents; Howard F. and Virginia L. Bowman, and Edwin M. and Geraldine A. Hiegert, and her Aunt Victoria Lynn Willingham.
Rachel is survived by her two daughters, Rylee Rene’ Hebner and Victoria Lynn Hebner; mother, Lucy Rene’ Bowman, father, Howard Lee Bowman; two sisters, Robyn Rene’ Jackson (Erron), Rebekah Anne Bowman; three nieces, Hailey Rene’ Jackson, Kiara Elizabeth Jackson, Amya Mckenzie Jackson; three nephews, Mason Lee Bowman, Jace Kendall Jackson, Keegan Javon Jackson ; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many many friends.
A private ceremony is being held for immediate family, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

I am so sorry to hear of the death of Rachel. The passing away of a loved one is always with much sorrow. May we have faith and confidence in the Bible’s promise of a time when pain, sickness and death are a thing of the past (Revelation 21:3, 4). My condolences are with the family at this difficult time.
